Who we are

We are a coalition of local residents, businesses, and concerned citizens from the surrounding area who value and seek to preserve and protect our existing rural landscape, culture and heritage, history and archaeological record, environment, and overall quality of life through smart development and use of undeveloped  commercial lands east of Interstate 81, Exit 302, Frederick County Virginia.
